Model United Nations Club Returns to Bergen Catholic
ORADELL, NJ, March 3, 2025– Bergen Catholic’s Model United Nations club recently attended an unforgettable weekend at GCMUN, an international conference held at the UN Headquarters in New York and attended by over 5,000 students hailing from 150+ schools from around the world! In addition to hearing speeches from the likes of Martin Luther King III and the UN Ambassador to Italy, the Bergen Catholic contingent made history by winning “Best Small Delegation” honors in only their second-ever appearance, and earned their first international recognition in club history!
BC Model UN president Ali Ismail ‘25 also received the honor of addressing a crowd of 2,500 delegates and guests in the General Assembly. Congrats to our incredible Bergen Catholic Model United Nations club for being honored for their hard work and leadership skills and we look forward to more Crusaders joining the club in the years to come.
