Junior AP Art Students Put Incredible Portrait Projects on Display
ORADELL, NJ, January 25, 2024– Some of our incredibly talented Bergen Catholic artists are having their work prominently displayed in the Brother Edmund Rice Library. Juniors in AP Art completed an acrylic-on-canvas project entitled, “An Important for Me Face”.
The BC art students began this project in the summer, showcasing their level of achievement in visual expression, conceptual thinking, and painting mastery. The project’s primary objective was to break down the portrait face into possible elements inside and outside, meaning to discover the invisible aspects of a face that are not visible at first glance.
