Ben Shue ‘25 Wins Discus National Championship & Named Gatorade Track & Field Player of the Year
ORADELL, NJ, June 24, 2024– Congratulations to Bergen Catholic’s Ben Shue ‘25 on winning the 2024 New Balance National Championship in the discus. Shue also placed second at the Track & Field Nationals in the shot put, in addition to winning the 2024 New Jersey state championship in the discus as well.
Shue was also honored by Gatorade by being named the 2023-2024 New Jersey Boys Track & Field Player of the Year!
Ben Shue is a three-sport Crusader student-athlete who represents the BC football and wrestling programs as well. Bergen Catholic is incredibly proud of your accomplishments and honored to have you as a leader in Crusader Country!
