BC ACTION Club Creates Vegetable Garden on Campus
ORADELL, NJ, June 10, 2024– Members of Bergen Catholic’s ACTION club helped create a new vegetable garden on BC’s campus in order to help grow vegetables which will be donated to the homeless and impoverished in the local community.
This was Bergen Catholic’s project as part of the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers ACTION Workshop, where students from around the world attended a conference to come up with projects to help care for issues related to homelessness, child-care and the environment.
