Mr. Carl J. Barisich graduated from Bergen in 1969. As an honor student, Carl was voted to the All-County football team and still holds the BC shot put record in track. Carl graduated from Princeton University and received the prestigious Poe Cup, awarded annually to Princeton’s scholar-athlete. He was named Honorable Mention All American, All East, and All Ivy two years consecutively. Carl was drafted by the Cleveland Browns and played pro football for nine years.
