Deirdre Mone is the principal of Iona Prep Lower School in New Rochelle, NY, a school in the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers network of schools. She has worked at Iona Prep as a high school social studies teacher, in the admissions department and in administration. She holds an undergraduate degree in history from Fordham University, and a graduate degree in school leadership from Manhattanville University. She resides in Bronxville, NY with her husband Mike, and has three children, Caela, Brendan, and Austin.
