Thank you for your interest in Bergen Catholic.  We are now accepting applications for the Class of 2031.  Students who will begin high school in September, 2027.

Please follow the following steps to ensure your application process is complete:

1. Complete the online application for admission. Our priority application deadline is Tuesday, December 1, 2026.

2. Complete page one of the Permission for Release of Records Form. 
Submit it to your son’s guidance counselor or 8th grade teacher who should then send us your son’s 6th – 8th grade transcripts electronically to admissions@bergencatholic.org. The deadline for these documents to be received is Wednesday, December 9, 2026.

3. Student’s IEP/504 must be provided, if applicable. Please have it emailed to admissions@bergencatholic.org. The deadline for these documents to be received is Wednesday, December 9, 2026.

4. HSPT Exam: Registration for the HSPT exam is now open.  Please click here to register for the exam.  BC Code is 805.  Please note that the HSPT exam is run through the Archdiocese of Newark.  If you have any questions about the exam, contact their Customer Service at 888-921-2667, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 8:30 pm or email them at support@njcoopexam.org.

5. Apply for Financial Assistance.  Our financial assistance application will open on October 1, 2026.  If you wish to apply for financial assistance, you can complete the application by visiting mytads.com.  Begin the application by clicking Financial Aid Assessment.  The deadline to apply for financial assistance is Tuesday, December 1, 2026.  Do not wait to apply for financial assistance apply between October 1 and December 1, 2026.  Funding will be reduced for applications received after the December 1 deadline.

Admissions decisions will be released on Friday, January 15, 2027 by email.
